Home resistance training pair

This set delivers two 7-pound dumbbells for a total of 14 pounds of free-weight resistance. The light grey neoprene coating provides a comfortable, non-slip grip during high-repetition workouts. Hexagonal heads keep each weight stationary on the floor between sets. The pair suits beginners and group fitness classes focused on muscular endurance.

Fixed 7-pound increment

Each dumbbell is a single-piece casting locked at 7 pounds with no adjustable plates or collars. The printed weight number and colour-coded end caps allow instant identification when multiple sizes are stored together. Buyers who need progressive overload in smaller steps or heavier maximum loads cannot change the resistance of this unit.

Neoprene coating and hex profile

The rubber-like sleeve protects flooring from impact and enables use on indoor or outdoor surfaces without damage. The hexagonal end design prevents the weights from rolling away during circuit transitions. No rack, stand, or carrying case is included in the shipment.

What space do the hexagonal ends need for stable storage?
