15W Qi Wireless Charging Pad

The Amazon Basics WPC15-1TCNA is a Qi-certified wireless charging pad that delivers up to 15W for compatible LG devices, 10W for Samsung models and 7.5W for iPhones. A USB cable is included in the box for connecting the pad to a power source. The black finish suits most desk or bedside setups. Sleep-friendly LEDs show charging status without bright light at night.

Phone and earbud owners wanting cable-free charging

This pad suits users with Qi-enabled iPhones from the 8 series through 15, Samsung and LG handsets, Apple Watch models and AirPods cases that support wireless charging. It transmits power through rubber, plastic or TPU cases up to 5 mm thick. Buyers who need simultaneous multi-device charging or magnetic alignment should consider other form factors.

15W maximum output with Qi certification

The single specification that decides fit is the 15W peak output combined with Qi certification, which governs the actual power negotiated by each device. Supported profiles are 15W for LG, 10W for Samsung and 7.5W for iPhones when a suitable 9 V 1.25 A adapter is used. Without a compatible adapter the pad will fall back to lower speeds.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the 15W Qi pad produce when it runs all day on my nightstand?

The pad uses a sleep-friendly LED indicator that stays quiet and dim, and Qi-certified safeguards prevent over-temperature operation during extended use.

Which power adapter must I already own to reach the rated 15W, 10W or 7.5W speeds?

You need a USB-C or USB-A adapter that can supply 9 V at 1.25 A; the included cable connects to that adapter, which is not in the box.

Will the pad charge my older iPhone 11 and AirPods Pro 1 at their proper speeds without removing their cases?

Yes, it delivers 7.5 W to the iPhone 11 and works with AirPods Pro 1 through rubber, plastic or TPU cases under 5 mm thick.
