The Amer Networks SG5D V2 is an unmanaged metal switch with five 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports. It sits on a desk or mounts on a wall and requires no configuration. Small offices and home offices use it to add wired connections for PCs, printers, access points and NAS devices.

Upgrade from slower switches

Replacing a 10/100 switch with this model raises every connected port to 1000 Mbps, removing the bottleneck that slows file transfers and video streams.
