Unbleached parchment for everyday baking

These 200 pre-cut sheets measure 12 by 16 inches and fit standard quarter sheet pans. Made from natural wood pulp without fluorescent agents, chlorine or BPA, they are food-grade and non-toxic. Home cooks and small-batch bakers who want a ready-to-use, disposable liner will find the count convenient.

Heat resistance up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

The paper is oil-resistant and waterproof so it will not tear or soak through during normal oven, air fryer or steaming tasks. Because it is non-stick, no greasing of the pan is required and cleanup is reduced to discarding the used sheet. Always keep food on the sheet while it is in the oven to prevent scorching.

Consistent non-stick performance across multiple

Each sheet maintains its release properties for the duration of a typical bake, preventing dough or candy from adhering to the pan or to each other. The 0.408 kilogram pack supplies enough sheets for repeated daily use without needing to cut from a roll. Users who need larger full-pan coverage or reusable silicone alternatives will need a different format.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 12x16 inch sheets in a half sheet pan without curling?

Each sheet is pre-cut to 12 by 16 inches, so lay it flat on the pan bottom and press it down with food before heating; this keeps the paper from lifting or curling during cooking.

When will I need to replace the parchment paper during a long baking session?

The sheets are single-use and disposable; discard each one after a single bake or cook and pull a fresh sheet from the 200-count pack for the next batch.

What temperature limit should I watch for when using these sheets in an air fryer at 450 degrees Fahrenheit?

The paper is rated to withstand up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit; do not exceed that temperature and always keep food on the sheet to prevent scorching.
