Questions about this item

Does the kit generate any heat, noise or power draw while it sits on the shelf?

The finished model is a static display piece with no moving parts, electronics or power source, so it produces no heat, noise or power consumption.

What tools and materials must I already have before I can start building the AMT1394?

You will need model cement, paint, brushes or an airbrush, hobby knives, sandpaper and tweezers; none of these are included in the box.

Will the 1/25 scale International Transtar 4300 look consistent next to my older 1/25 AMT truck kits?

Yes, it shares the same 1/25 scale and AMT's traditional parts breakdown, so it matches the proportions and detailing style of earlier 1/25 big-rig kits.
