1/25 Scale Gremlin Modified Stocker

AMT AMT1448 is a 1/25 scale plastic model kit of the AMC Gremlin built as a Modified Stocker racer. The kit contains 113 parts moulded in white with chrome-plated details and black vinyl tires. Skill Level 2 requires paint and cement for assembly.

Classic Racing Build for Hobbyists

This kit suits modellers who enjoy 1970s American short-track history and want a detailed race car replica. Builders seeking a snap-together kit or a model that includes paint and glue should look elsewhere.

113-Part Count with 427 Big Block V8

The box provides 113 components including a Tobias tubular chassis with full roll cage, two-point link suspension, Koni coil-over shocks and a 427 Big Block Chevy V8 with four-speed transmission and Hurst shifter. This parts list determines the build complexity.

Questions about this item

What consumables will I need to finish the 113-part kit?

You will need modelling cement and paint; neither is included in the box.

Which component limits how detailed the build can be?

The 1/25 scale fixes the overall size, so the smallest moulded parts set the practical detail limit.

Does the assembled model generate any heat or noise when displayed?

No — it is a static plastic display piece with no moving or powered components.
