AMX Solecis 4x1 4K HDMI Switcher

The AMX Solecis FG1010-314 is a 4x1 digital switcher built for professional AV installations. It accepts four HDMI sources and routes a single 4K signal to a DXLink output for extended transmission. Integrators use it to consolidate multiple 4K inputs in conference rooms or lecture halls.

DXLink output for HDBaseT extension

The DXLink output carries video, audio and control over a single twisted-pair cable to compatible receivers. This lets the switcher drive displays beyond standard HDMI cable limits without extra converters. Buyers who need multiple independent outputs or fibre-based extension should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What does the 4x1 configuration mean for connecting sources?

The 4x1 label indicates four HDMI inputs and one output, so you can route any one of four 4K sources to a single display or DXLink receiver.

How does the DXLink output affect cable distance?

The DXLink output extends the HDMI signal over category cable, allowing much longer runs than a direct HDMI connection while preserving 4K resolution.
