4K UHD webcam for streamers

The Angetube 873Max captures true 4K UHD video at 30 fps and switches to 1080p at 60 fps for smoother motion. A CMOS sensor with 1.4 megapixels delivers natural skin tones and colour accuracy. USB 2.0 connectivity works on Windows and Mac OS without extra drivers. Ideal for remote workers, online teachers and content creators who need reliable plug-and-play video.

Thermals noise and power draw

The camera draws power directly from the USB port so no external adapter is required. Dual omnidirectional microphones suppress fan hum, traffic and nearby chatter while picking up voice clearly from up to three metres away. Passive cooling keeps the unit silent during long calls. A magnetic privacy cover snaps on instantly to block the lens and protect it from dust.

Behaviour under sustained load

PDAF fast autofocus locks onto faces in milliseconds and tracks movement continuously during extended streams. The 8x digital zoom remains available without frame-rate drops at either resolution. Auto-exposure and white balance adjust steadily across hour-long sessions. The compact 7 by 9.433 by 6.786 cm body weighs 182 grams and stays stable on monitors or tripods.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 873Max webcam and which step do people often miss?

Plug the USB 2.0 cable into a free port on Windows or Mac OS; the driver installs automatically. The step many skip is sliding the magnetic privacy cover open before the first call.

What maintenance or replacement will the 873Max need over time?

Wipe the lens and the magnetic cover with a soft cloth when dust builds up. The dual noise-cancelling mics and PDAF focus module have no user-serviceable parts and require no scheduled replacement.

What limit appears first during long 4K streaming sessions with the 873Max?

The sensor caps at 3840x2160 at 30 fps, so sustained 4K output stays at 30 fps; switching to 1080p unlocks 60 fps if a higher frame rate is needed.
