Questions about this item

How do I install the case on my Galaxy Tab S10+ SM-X820 and which step do people get wrong?

Snap the tablet into the rigid polycarbonate back shell first, then fold the tri‑fold cover over the screen; the step users miss is aligning the magnetic strip so auto wake/sleep activates.

What maintenance or replacement will this folio need over time?

The two included tempered glass screen protectors are the only consumables; replace them if they crack or show deep scratches, otherwise the synthetic leather and microfibre interior just need occasional wiping.

What limit appears first during sustained use of the stand angles?

The tri‑fold hinge only locks into two horizontal viewing angles; it cannot hold a vertical portrait angle, so extended typing or video calls in portrait mode will force the cover to collapse.
