Multi-device desktop charger

The Anker A2123121 delivers 60 watts across six USB ports, letting households or small teams charge phones, tablets and other USB-powered gear from a single outlet. PowerIQ technology identifies each connected device and supplies up to 2.4 amps per port for the fastest charge the device accepts.

Sustained load behaviour

The 12-amp overall current budget is shared dynamically, so all six ports can run together without tripping protection circuits. Temperature control and surge protection keep output stable during extended charging sessions, preventing throttling when multiple tablets draw power at once.

Build and mounting

A compact white enclosure uses industry-grade materials and meets UL safety standards plus DOE 6 efficiency rating. Double-sided tape is included for desk or wall attachment, keeping cables tidy and the charger firmly in place on busy work surfaces.

Questions about this item

How warm does the 60 W PowerPort 6 get when all six ports are charging continuously?

The charger uses Anker's MultiProtect system with temperature control to manage heat during sustained 60 W output, and its DOE 6 rating confirms high energy efficiency that limits wasted heat.

Which cables are required to connect phones and tablets to the six USB ports?

You need your device's original cable or a certified third-party cable such as an MFi-certified Lightning cable or a USB-IF-certified USB-C cable; the charger provides only the six USB-A ports.

Will a phone that only supports 5 V 1 A charging still work safely with the 2.4 A PowerIQ ports?

Yes, PowerIQ detects the connected device and negotiates the appropriate current, so legacy 1 A phones charge normally without risk of over-current.
