ANSELL L921 Exam Gloves — Small, 100 Pack
These powder-free latex gloves are sized Small and supplied in a 100-count pack. They carry an Acceptable Quality Level of 1.5 and pass viral penetration testing to ASTM F1671. The gloves are 510K approved for medical use and also rated for food-grade handling. Non-sterile and grain-textured, they suit clinical, laboratory and general-purpose tasks.
Thickness and barrier performance
Finger thickness measures 6.3 mil, palm thickness 5.1 mil and cuff thickness 4.3 mil. The natural rubber latex construction provides a continuous barrier that meets the 1.5 AQL standard. Powder-free finish reduces particulate contamination during donning and doffing. Silicone is present in the material formulation.
Cuff length and double-gloving readiness
Each glove extends 9 1/2 inches from fingertip to cuff for extended wrist coverage. The design supports double-gloving methods as either an inner or outer layer. Produced under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system. Beige colour aids visual detection of tears or contamination during use.

Questions about this item
How do I don the Ansell L921 latex gloves without tearing the 4.3 mil cuff?
Roll the cuff back slightly, insert fingers first, then unroll over the wrist; the 4.3 mil cuff is thinner than the 6.3 mil fingertips so avoid pulling hard on the rolled edge.
When should I replace the gloves during a long task?
Change them immediately if you notice any tear, heavy soiling, or after the maximum recommended wear time for your specific application; the 1.5 AQL rating confirms a low defect rate but does not extend usable life.
What is the first limitation I will hit during extended wear?
Hand fatigue and heat build-up typically appear before the 5.1 mil palm or 6.3 mil fingertips wear through, especially in warm environments where the non-sterile latex traps moisture.
