Forward/Return Amplifier for Cable Modems

The Antronix FRA1-1510 amplifies signals in both forward and return paths for cable modems and two-way set-top boxes. Bi-directional gain supports upstream and downstream data on the same coax plant. Ultra-low distortion push-pull circuitry keeps return signals clean. It is not intended for satellite installations.

CamPort F-Connectors and Surge Protection

Each port uses the patented auto-seizing CamPort design for maximum contact area and SCTE compliance. A unique non arc-gap surge protection circuit withstands 6 kV on every port without generating impulse noise. The powder-coated AL 360 housing is weather sealed with an RFI gasket that guarantees 120 dB shielding.
