Four splitters convert IEEE 802.3af PoE into 5 V 2.4 A power plus 100 Mbps Ethernet for non-PoE devices
The ANVISION AV-PS05 four-pack separates a PoE signal into 5V DC power and 10/100Mbps ethernet data. Each unit accepts IEEE 802.3af input from a PoE switch or injector and delivers up to 12 watts. The kit suits installers deploying multiple IP cameras or other 5V non-PoE devices where mains power is unavailable.
No configuration is required; connect the shielded RJ-45 input and attach the included 3.5mm x 1.35mm or 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC plug to the device. The 19.0cm output cable allows flexible placement. The only common issue is attempting to use the splitter with gigabit non-PoE equipment, which is not supported.
Each splitter provides 5V at 2.4A, comfortably powering typical IP cameras and similar 5V gear. The 10/100Mbps ethernet path handles standard-definition and many HD video streams. Headroom ends when a device demands more than 12 watts or requires gigabit ethernet throughput.

Check that the attached IP camera or device powers on and shows a stable 10/100Mbps Ethernet connection; the splitter passes data and power without configuration.
The box contains four 5V PoE splitters each with a 19.0cm output cable ending in 3.5mm x 1.35mm and 5.5mm x 2.1mm DC plugs; you provide the PoE switch or injector and Ethernet cables.
Yes, the AV-PS05 converts IEEE 802.3af 44-56V PoE input to 5V 2.4A 12W DC output and 100Mbps Ethernet, matching non-PoE 5V devices; it does not support gigabit ports.
