Precision PLA for ACE Pro Users

This 1.75 mm PLA filament carries an intelligent identification chip that works with the ACE Pro for automatic material recognition. The +/- 0.02 mm diameter tolerance keeps extrusion steady and layers uniform. A 1 kg spool supplies enough material for extended print sessions without frequent changes.

Tangle-Free Spool and Dry Packaging

The reel winds cleanly with no crossed turns, reducing snags and under-extrusion during long jobs. Each spool is dried for 24 hours before vacuum sealing with desiccant in a nylon bag, so moisture uptake stays low. A larger inner diameter on the spool core lets filament feed smoothly from the first layer to the last.

Low Warp and Glossy Finish

Polylactic acid formulation resists warping and produces a glossy surface with minimal stringing. Heat distortion temperature sits at 54 °C, while tensile strength reaches 48 MPa and bending strength 90 MPa. The material prints reliably on standard FDM printers without clogging or bubble defects. || Not suited for high-temperature applications above 54 °C or parts requiring the flexibility of TPU or the strength of polycarbonate.
