This 10 metre DisplayPort 1.4 cable connects a DP source to a DP display over long distances. It uses optical fibre to maintain signal integrity at 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. The gold-plated connectors and SPCC shell provide durable shielding. It is built for users who need 8K resolution at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz across a 33 foot run.

Directional source and display ends

The cable has a fixed connection direction marked Source and Display. The Source end plugs into the computer or laptop DP output. The Display end plugs into the monitor, TV or projector DP input. Reversing the ends will result in no picture. This design requires the installer to route the cable with the correct orientation from the start.

7680x4320 at 60 Hz bandwidth limit

The cable supports 7680x4320 resolution at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz within its 32.4 Gbps bandwidth. It handles HDR and HDCP protected content for home theatre, gaming and professional use. It cannot carry resolutions or refresh rates that exceed the DisplayPort 1.4 specification. Builds needing higher bandwidth or longer runs beyond 10 metres will require a different solution.
