Extension cable with panel-mount screw hole

This USB 3.1 Type-C male-to-female extension cable adds one metre of reach while keeping the connector accessible for panel mounting. The 90-degree elbow design routes the cable close to the device, reducing strain on the port. It suits users who need to bring a Type-C port to a front panel or enclosure.

Sustained 10 Gbps throughput with triple shielding

The cable uses a 16+1 pure copper core wrapped in three shielding layers to maintain signal integrity during long transfers. Gold-plated 24-pin terminals resist oxidation and support reversible insertion. Stable performance is preserved for audio, video, charging and data streams under continuous load.

Simple screw-hole mounting, watch cable routing

The integrated screw hole lets you secure the female end to a panel with standard hardware. Because the elbow bends at 90 degrees, ensure the bend direction matches your chassis layout before tightening. No drivers are required; the cable works with any Type-C host that follows the USB 3.1 specification.

Questions about this item

Does the 90-degree elbow connector run warm during extended 10 Gbps transfers?

The cable uses a 16+1 pure copper core with triple shielding, which keeps resistance low and prevents noticeable heating during sustained high-speed data sessions.

What must my device provide for the panel-mount screw holes to be usable?

Your panel or enclosure needs matching threaded holes spaced for the cable's mounting flange so the connector can be secured with screws.

Will this cable work with my 12-inch MacBook and OnePlus 2 without adapters?

Yes, the 24-pin USB 3.1 Type-C plug supports reversible insertion and is listed as compatible with both devices for data, video, audio and charging.
