  • Right-angle plugs fit tight ports without strain
  • Two 4 ft cables cover desk and travel setups

Two-cable pack for USB4 setups

This pack contains two USB4 cables rated for 40Gbps data transfer and 100W power delivery. Each cable connects USB-C devices such as laptops, smartphones, external SSDs, eGPUs and docking stations. The 4ft length suits desktop and travel use, while the right-angle connector on one cable eases tight port clearance. Buyers who need longer runs or angled plugs on both ends will need a different product.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

The cables are passive assemblies with no active cooling, so they add no audible noise to a system. They carry up to 100W at 20V/5A, allowing attached devices to charge at full speed while transferring data. Power draw scales with the connected load; the cables themselves do not impose a thermal limit beyond the 40Gbps specification.

Right-angle plug and dual-cable value

One cable in the pair features a right-angle USB-C connector that reduces strain in confined spaces such as docked laptops or crowded hubs. The second cable uses a straight connector for standard ports. Together they cover both ergonomic needs without buying separate accessories. No software or firmware is bundled; the cables rely on the host device's Thunderbolt implementation for 8K@60Hz video and 40Gbps throughput.

Questions about this item

How do I install the right-angle USB4 cable and what step do people often miss?

Plug each end firmly until it clicks; the step people miss is confirming the host and display both support DP Alternate Mode so the 8K 60Hz signal actually passes through.

What maintenance or replacement will this cable need later?

No scheduled maintenance is required; replace the cable only if the connectors become loose, the jacket is damaged, or it no longer delivers 40 Gbps data or 100 W charging.

What limit shows up first under sustained heavy use?

The 100 W power ceiling is reached before the 40 Gbps data ceiling, so prolonged maximum charging will hit the thermal limit of the 5 A conductors first.
