Apollo 3/8 in Globe Valve

The Apollo 60A70201 is a 3/8 inch globe valve built from 316 stainless steel for air, fluid and gas service. It uses FNPT x FNPT connections in a tee body with a rising stem and cross handle. The design suits industrial and commercial piping where corrosion resistance and positive shut-off are required.

5000 psi pressure rating and 100 °F limit

Rated for 5000 psig at 100 degrees F, the valve handles high-pressure air, gas and fluid lines within that temperature ceiling. Steam service is not rated, so the unit should not be used in steam applications. The 2 1/4 inch inlet-to-outlet length and 3 13/32 inch handle height define the installed envelope.

Replaces lower-pressure or carbon-steel valves

The step to 316 stainless steel and 5000 psi capacity is justified when the media is corrosive or the system pressure exceeds the limits of bronze or carbon-steel globe valves.
