Questions about this item

Do I need a device running iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS to complete the one-tap setup with the H1 chip?

Yes, the one-tap setup works with iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or Mac; the earbuds then stay paired via Bluetooth 5.0 for automatic connection.

Will the Lightning Charging Case charge the earbuds if I keep using an older iPhone with a Lightning port?

The case charges the earbuds independently over its own Lightning connector; the phone’s port is only used if you plug the case into the phone for power.

How can I confirm the optical sensors and motion accelerometers are detecting in-ear wear correctly?

Audio should pause automatically when you remove either earbud and resume when you put it back; double-tap and Hey Siri commands will also respond only while the buds are seated.
