Practical tablet for everyday users

The Apple iPad 5th Gen is a 9.7-inch tablet designed for students, casual users and anyone needing a reliable device for web browsing, streaming, reading and light productivity. Its slim aluminum body in Space Gray makes it portable for daily use. It runs on the Apple A9 chip with 2 GB RAM and is compatible with iPadOS for a smooth app experience.

Storage and connectivity limits

Internal storage is fixed at 32 GB with no expansion slot, so space for large media libraries or many apps is limited. Connectivity relies on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless accessories, plus a Lightning port for charging and wired peripherals. There is no cellular option, so internet access requires a wireless network.

Display capacity and headroom

The 9.7-inch Retina display at 2048 × 1536 resolution handles text, video and casual gaming with sharp visuals and good brightness. The A9 chip manages everyday tasks and standard apps comfortably, but demanding creative workloads or heavy multitasking will exceed its processing and memory headroom.
