Apple iPad 5th Gen A1822 128GB Silver

The Apple iPad 5th Gen A1822 is a 9.7-inch tablet with 128GB storage and 2GB memory running iOS. It suits students, casual users and light productivity tasks such as web browsing, email and video streaming. The 1.8 GHz dual-core Apple A9 processor handles everyday apps smoothly. Buyers who need advanced multitasking or professional creative workflows should consider other options.

128GB storage capacity and iOS headroom

The 128GB built-in SSD stores thousands of photos, documents and offline media with room for large app libraries. iOS 15.4 manages memory efficiently for typical workloads. The 2GB RAM becomes a limit when running many heavy apps simultaneously or editing large 1080p video projects. Users requiring expandable storage or desktop-class file management will find the platform restrictive.

Thermals, noise and power draw in normal use

The aluminum unibody at 7.5mm thick dissipates heat passively with no fan noise during typical use. The 1.8 GHz dual-core Apple A9 processor maintains low power draw for web browsing, video playback and light gaming. Surface temperatures stay comfortable during extended sessions. The included UL approved power adapter supports efficient charging for the 9.7-inch Retina display.
