Product identity

The Apple iPad 8th Gen is a 10.2-inch tablet with Wi-Fi and 4G LTE cellular connectivity. It runs on the A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine and offers 32GB of storage. The device arrives unlocked for use with compatible carriers and includes Touch ID.

Buyer fit

This model suits anyone wanting a cellular tablet for email, browsing and video calls away from Wi-Fi. The 32GB capacity limits users who store large media libraries or many apps. Buyers who want more storage should consider a higher-capacity option.

Sustained behaviour

The A12 Bionic handles multitasking and typical workloads without throttling during extended sessions. The 3GB RAM keeps common apps resident for smooth switching. Stereo speakers and the 3.5mm jack provide consistent audio output for long periods.

Questions about this item

What charger and cable does the iPad 8th Gen need to power up?

The tablet charges through its Lightning port using an Apple USB power adapter and Lightning-to-USB cable, neither of which is included in the box.

Will my existing Nano-SIM card work in the cellular slot of this iPad?

Yes, the unlocked model accepts a standard Nano-SIM so you can keep your current carrier plan, and it also supports eSIM activation as an alternative.

How can I confirm the Retina display is showing its full 2160×1620 resolution after setup?

Open Settings > General > About and check that the model identifier matches the 10.2-inch 8th-generation iPad; the screen will then be running at its native 264 PPI resolution.
