Purpose & Audience

The 2020 iPad 8 pairs a 10.2 inch Retina IPS display with the A12 Bionic chip for everyday multitasking, streaming and study tasks. Cellular connectivity makes it suited to users who need internet access away from Wi-Fi networks.

Cellular Connectivity

This model includes 4G LTE alongside dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2, so it works with a data SIM for on-the-go use. Buyers who only need Wi-Fi should choose a non-cellular variant.

Storage & Headroom

Built-in storage is 32 GB with 3 GB RAM, which handles core apps, web browsing and light media consumption. Users who store large photo libraries, offline video or many games will reach the limit quickly.
