Compact 7.9-inch iPad Mini 4 with cellular

The Apple iPad Mini 4 A1550 delivers a 7.9-inch IPS display at 2048×1536 resolution in a gold finish. It runs on a 1.5 GHz Apple A8 processor with 2 GB of memory and 16 GB of built-in storage. The tablet ships with iPadOS 15.4 and includes a UL-approved power adapter and cable.

Step up from earlier Mini or first iPad

This model replaces the iPad Mini 3, dropping weight from .73 to .65 pounds while keeping the same sharp resolution. The A8 chip matches the iPad Air 2 performance tier, so the jump is worth it when you need faster app response and the lighter chassis for extended handheld use.

Suits light mobile workflows and reading

Buyers who want a pocket-sized tablet for email, browsing and note-taking on the go will find the size and cellular freedom practical. Users who need more storage for large media libraries or heavier multitasking should look at higher-capacity models.
