What this iPad is and who it suits

This 10.2-inch tablet from 2019 ships new with 32GB of storage and Wi-Fi only connectivity. It runs iOS 13 on an A10 processor paired with 3GB of memory. The Space Gray chassis measures 9.8 by 6.8 by 0.29 inches and weighs roughly 1.07 lbs. Buyers who need cellular data or more internal space should look elsewhere.

Capacity and headroom

The 32GB drive holds a modest app library, documents and a few offline videos before filling up. iOS 13 and 3GB of memory keep everyday browsing, email and streaming smooth, but heavy multitasking or large creative projects will hit limits quickly. The 10.2-inch 2160 x 1620 IPS panel and integrated graphics handle 1080p playback comfortably.

The spec that decides fit

Wi-Fi only with Bluetooth 4.2 means no mobile broadband fallback when away from a hotspot. If your workflow depends on always-on connectivity without a phone tether, this model will not meet that need. Otherwise it is a compact 10.2-inch iPad for light use on existing wireless networks.
