The unlocked 5G modem works with any compatible carrier, removing the need for a locked contract. Cosmetic wear does not affect the display, cameras, LiDAR scanner or wireless radios.

Mobile professionals needing cellular freedom

Questions about this item

Will the 10758 mAh battery need replacement if its health drops below 80%?

The battery health is rated between 80% and 100% on arrival. If capacity later falls below 80%, a replacement would restore full runtime.

Does the M2 chip throttle under sustained workloads due to the fanless design?

The M2 chip manages heat passively; under heavy continuous load it will reduce clock speeds to stay within thermal limits.

How warm does the 12.9 inch Liquid Retina XDR display area get during all-day use with ProMotion 120Hz active?

The aluminium chassis spreads heat evenly; the display area feels warm but not hot during extended sessions with 120Hz enabled.
