iPhone 12 A2172 64GB for everyday users

The Apple iPhone 12 A2172 is a fully unlocked smartphone with 64GB of storage and 4GB of RAM. It runs iOS on a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display and uses the A14 Bionic chip. The dual 12MP rear camera system includes Wide and Ultra Wide lenses covering 120 degrees. This Grade B unit shows normal wear and includes a gift box with a UL approved power adapter and charging cable.

Upgrade from older iPhone models or limited storage

Moving from a device with less than 64GB of storage or an older processor makes the jump worthwhile for faster performance and 5G connectivity. The A14 Bionic chip handles iOS 15.4 smoothly and supports Dolby Vision video recording. Buyers who need more than 64GB of internal storage or a triple-camera system will not have those needs met by this model.

Fits a compact build with MagSafe ecosystem

The 6.1-inch form factor suits one-handed use and slips into most pockets. MagSafe accessories attach magnetically for faster wireless charging and add mounts or wallets without a case overhaul. The package includes a UL approved power adapter and cable, so no separate charger purchase is required. Headphones, a SIM card and the original box are not included.

Questions about this item

What are the physical dimensions of the iPhone 12 A2172 and will it fit standard 6.1-inch phone mounts?

The handset has a 6.1-inch display in a bar form factor, matching the standard footprint used by most 6.1-inch mounts and cases.

How do I insert the SIM card correctly, and what is the common mistake to avoid?

Use the SIM eject tool on the right-side tray; the error is forcing the nano-SIM in upside-down or without the tray fully seated.

Which components will need replacement after extended use on this Grade B unit?

The lithium-ion battery will eventually require service, and the USB-C to Lightning cable may wear out with repeated plugging.
