Questions about this item

How do I install the eSIM and which step do people skip?

After turning on the iPhone 14, follow the on-screen prompts to activate the eSIM using your carrier's QR code or app; the step most users miss is confirming the plan is active before removing the old SIM.

What maintenance will the battery need later?

The lithium-ion battery will eventually hold less charge; when runtime no longer meets your needs, arrange a battery service through Apple or an authorised provider.

What limit appears first during long video sessions?

The iPhone 14 is rated for up to 20 hours of video playback; after that the battery will need recharging.
