Questions about this item

Will the battery need replacement after a couple of years of daily charging?

The iPhone 14 is rated for up to 20 hours of video playback per charge. Battery capacity will diminish over time; Apple offers an out-of-warranty battery service if capacity drops below 80 %.

What thermal limit appears first during long gaming or video sessions?

The A15 Bionic chip will throttle performance when internal temperature rises, reducing frame rates before the 6.1 inch OLED panel reaches its 1200 nits peak brightness limit.

How warm does the aluminium frame get and does the fan noise increase when the phone runs all day?

There is no fan; the aluminium frame dissipates heat silently. Under sustained load the glass back and frame become noticeably warm but remain within IP68 safety limits.
