What it is

This Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max is a refurbished, unlocked smartphone with 128 GB of storage. It arrives in Gold and runs iOS 16 out of the box. The unit is certified Grade B, meaning it shows light wear but functions perfectly on any compatible carrier.

Storage and daily headroom

The 128 GB capacity holds a large photo library, typical apps and offline media without trouble. Heavy 48 MP ProRAW shooters or 4K video creators will fill it faster and may need cloud offload. There is no memory card slot to add space later.

Connectivity limits

The phone uses dual eSIM only; physical SIM cards are not supported. Wireless includes Bluetooth 5.0 and 802.11 ac Wi-Fi with MIMO. Cellular covers 5G, LTE and 4G bands, but mmWave availability depends on the carrier and region.

Questions about this item

Will the eSIM setup on this iPhone 14 Pro Max work the same way as the physical SIM tray on my older iPhone?

This model uses Dual eSIM only and stores eight or more profiles; there is no physical SIM slot, so you activate service by scanning a carrier QR code or using the carrier app instead of inserting a card.

How can I confirm the 120 Hz LTPO Super Retina XDR display is running at the full refresh rate after I set up the phone?

Open Settings, tap Accessibility, choose Motion and verify that Limit Frame Rate is off; the screen will then dynamically scale up to 120 Hz for supported content.

Does the box include a charging brick or do I need to buy a USB-C power adapter separately?

The package contains the iPhone 14 Pro Max and a USB-C to Lightning cable only; a USB-C power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.
