Who this suits and who it does not

Buyers wanting a large OLED screen, dual optical zoom cameras and 256GB of internal storage will find this model fits. Users who need 5G connectivity, Face ID alternatives, or expandable storage should look at other devices.

Deciding specification: 256GB storage

The 256GB capacity is the fixed internal storage amount. There is no microSD slot or other expansion method. Choose this phone only if that space covers your apps, photos and system needs without extra room.

Questions about this item

The 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max accepts a standard nano-SIM card in its single tray. No adapter is needed for carrier activation.

What step do buyers often miss when setting up Face ID on the 7 MP front camera?

During Face ID enrolment, move your head in a full circle so the 7 MP TrueDepth camera captures all angles; skipping the second rotation causes unlock failures.
