Refurbished iPad 2 16 GB

This refurbished Apple iPad 2 MC769LLA provides a 9.7 inch touchscreen with 1024 x 768 resolution and 16 GB flash storage. It runs iOS 7 on a 1.00 GHz dual-core A5 processor with Wi-Fi only connectivity. The black tablet weighs 1.33 lbs and measures 9.50 x 7.31 x 0.35 inches.

Sustained dual-core performance

The dual-core A5 chip handles multitasking across web browsing, video playback and FaceTime calls without the slowdown seen in single-core tablets. Graphics run up to nine times faster than the original iPad, keeping gameplay and app transitions smooth during extended sessions. Battery life remains uncompromised under continuous mixed use.

16 GB storage ceiling

Built-in 16 GB flash storage cannot be expanded, so buyers who need more space for media libraries or large app collections must choose a higher-capacity model. The fixed capacity decides whether this unit fits the workflow.

Questions about this item

How warm or noisy does the A5 chip get when the iPad 2 runs all day?

The dual-core A5 chip runs passively with no fan, so the tablet stays silent and only becomes slightly warm during extended use.

Which accessories must I already own to charge and activate this Wi-Fi-only iPad 2?

You need an Apple 30-pin dock connector cable and a compatible USB power adapter, plus a Wi-Fi network for internet access.

Will my original 30-pin dock speakers and chargers work with this iPad 2?

Yes, the 30-pin port is identical to the first-generation iPad, so existing dock speakers, cables and chargers connect directly.
