This cover fits Appleton Form 35 Unilet conduit outlet bodies with a 1-1/2 inch hub. It is intended for electricians and installers who need to close off a conduit opening in commercial or industrial wiring systems. The component is UL Listed and CSA Certified for code-compliant installations. It is not for buyers who need a larger hub size or a different Form series.

Stamped Steel Construction and Screw Mounting
