Panasonic Type U Vacuum Bags 3 Pack

This pack contains three paper dust bags designed for Panasonic Type U and U3 vacuum cleaners. They incorporate Bactrastat treatment to inhibit bacterial growth inside the bag. The bags replace part numbers PR-1400 and PR-14005. They suit owners of compatible Panasonic upright models seeking direct replacements.

Suits Panasonic and Breuer Carpetkeeper owners

These bags fit 140 listed Panasonic models and the Breuer Tornado Carpetkeeper. They are not for users of vacuums requiring different bag types, such as Type C or generic bagless systems. Buyers with unlisted model numbers should verify compatibility before purchasing. Shoppers needing HEPA-rated filtration should look at alternative product lines.

Three-bag capacity for routine cleaning

A three-pack supplies enough bags for several months of typical household vacuuming. Each bag handles standard dust and debris loads until the fill line is reached. They run out quickly in homes with heavy pet hair or fine construction dust. Users with high-volume cleaning needs will need to reorder more frequently.

Questions about this item

Does my Panasonic MC-V5745 vacuum need a specific bag type to accept these 60-2400-08 replacements?

These are Panasonic Type U paper bags designed for Type U and U3 DVC models; the MC-V5745 is listed among the 140 compatible Panasonic model numbers.

Will these bags fit the older Carpetkeeper machine I still use?

The Carpetkeeper from Breuer - Tornado is explicitly listed as a single compatible model, so the bags will fit that unit.

How can I confirm the 60-2400-08 bags are seated correctly after installation?

The bag collar should lock onto the vacuum's bag holder without gaps and the lid must close fully; the Bactrastat layer faces outward when fitted properly.
