Replacement hinge for Traeger grills

This Appliance Factory Parts hinge replaces the original lid hinge on compatible Traeger pellet grills. It is sold as a single unit for owners who need to restore smooth lid operation after the factory hinge wears or breaks.

Direct bolt-on installation

The hinge uses the existing mounting points on the grill body and lid, so no drilling or modification is required. Misalignment can occur if the mounting screws are not tightened evenly, which may cause the lid to sit crooked or bind during opening.

Fits nine specific Traeger models

This part number KIT0001 is confirmed for TFB57GZE, TFB57PZBO, TFB57GLE, TFB89BLF, TFB89BLE, TFB78GZE, TFB78GLE, BBQ07E and TFB65BLF. Grills not listed here will not accept this hinge.
