Adhesive vinyl label holders for archival storage

This pack supplies twenty adhesive-backed vinyl label holders sized 3.75 by 2.37 inches, each with an acid-free cardstock insert. They are designed for presentation boxes, binders and portfolios where long-term document protection is required. The archival-quality materials prevent deterioration of photographs and papers over time.

Acid-free construction resists fading and tearing

The vinyl holders and supplied inserts are photo-safe and built to withstand frequent handling without degrading. Adhesive backing allows secure attachment yet clean removal when labels must be updated. No special thermal, noise or power considerations apply to this passive organiser accessory.

Fits 2.5-inch binders and multiple box styles

Holders are compatible with 2-1/2-inch binders, 4-inch Onyx portfolios, drop-front boxes, short-top boxes and hinged-lid boxes. The 20 included inserts can be handwritten with archival ink or printed using the manufacturer's templates. Buyers needing larger label areas or non-adhesive mounting will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 3.75 x 2.37 inch adhesive vinyl label holders without trapping air bubbles?

Peel the backing, align the holder on a clean, dry surface, and press firmly from the centre outward using a flat tool to smooth the vinyl; the adhesive bonds instantly so repositioning is not possible.

What maintenance will the 20 acid-free cardstock inserts need over time?

Replace an insert if it becomes soiled, creased, or faded; the vinyl holder itself requires no maintenance beyond occasional dusting with a soft cloth.

What is the first limitation that appears when the holders are used on heavily handled boxes?

Repeated abrasion can scuff the clear vinyl face, reducing label legibility before the adhesive bond or the acid-free insert fails.
