Archival-Safe Polypropylene Bags

These crystal-clear bags protect photographs, documents and collectibles from dust, dirt and handling damage. The acid-free, inert polypropylene prevents yellowing and deterioration during long-term storage. Each bag measures 8-3/4 by 11-1/16 inches and the pack contains 100 units.

Safety Seal Closure System

A built-in safety seal keeps out moisture and unwanted elements while preventing accidental openings. The secure closure ensures items remain in pristine condition without the need for separate adhesives or fasteners. Contents stay fully visible through the high-clarity material.

Fit Check For Existing Documents

Verify that your items measure no larger than 8-3/4 by 11-1/16 inches to ensure a snug fit that prevents shifting. Collectors needing larger enclosures or rigid sleeve support will need a different format. The polypropylene construction is not rated for heavy or three-dimensional objects.

Questions about this item

Will the polypropylene material degrade or need replacing after long-term storage?

The bags are made from acid-free and inert polypropylene, which prevents yellowing and deterioration of contents, so the material itself does not degrade under normal archival conditions.

What is the first limit reached when bags are filled to capacity and stacked for extended periods?

The 8-3/4x11-1/16" dimensions provide a snug fit that prevents shifting, so the practical limit is the physical capacity of each individual bag rather than material fatigue.

Do the sealed bags trap heat or moisture when stored in a closed cabinet all day?

The inert polypropylene construction resists moisture and the safety seal keeps out unwanted elements, maintaining a stable environment without trapping heat.
