Built for volume kitchens

The Aroma ARC-1430E is a commercial rice cooker that produces up to 60 cups of cooked rice in a single batch. Its 14-quart capacity suits catering operations, banquet halls and large-event prep where consistent output matters more than compact size.

Check power and space first

Verify that your kitchen circuit can support a high-wattage appliance running for extended cook-and-hold cycles. Confirm you have a stable, level surface large enough for the 14-quart footprint and enough clearance to lift the stainless-steel lid safely during service.

Replaces multi-batch workflows

This unit replaces the need to run several smaller cookers sequentially, cutting labour and eliminating timing gaps between batches. The jump is worth it when you regularly serve 30 or more portions per meal and need the automatic warm mode to hold rice at serving temperature without supervision.
