Smart low-carb rice cooker

The COOK WITH COLOR WGRC1 is a 3 litre countertop cooker that uses a two-step boil-and-steam cycle to reduce starch in rice. It holds up to two cups of uncooked rice and yields about six cups cooked. The 700 watt heater runs on 110 volt power and includes a keep-warm function for serving later.

Auto-lift basket and hotpot mode

A stainless steel filter basket rises automatically after the boiling phase, draining starchy water without manual handling. The adjustable hotpot setting steps power from 100 watts to 700 watts in roughly 15°F increments, letting you simmer soups, stews or hotpot dishes. A delay timer and the included spatula and measuring cup support the multi-function presets.

Glass construction and capacity limits

The transparent borosilicate glass bowl lets you monitor cooking progress, while 304 stainless steel and heat-resistant PP parts handle the heat. The appliance measures 11 inches deep, 10.5 inches wide and 9.5 inches high, weighing 6.61 lb. The low-carb cycle is not designed for more than two cups of raw rice; larger batches can overflow or cook unevenly.
