The AROMA ARC-914D is a digital rice cooker and food steamer designed for small households or side-dish preparation. It handles white rice, brown rice, quinoa, bulgur and farro with dedicated program settings. The simple control panel automates the cooking process and switches to Keep Warm mode when finished. A 15-hour delay timer allows meals to be ready on schedule.

4 cups uncooked to 8 cups cooked

The inner pot accepts up to 4 cups of uncooked rice, yielding 2 to 8 cups of cooked rice for flexible portion sizes. Simultaneous steaming uses the included stack-in tray to cook vegetables or seafood above while rice cooks below. The non-stick pot, measuring cup and serving spatula are included for complete meal preparation. Larger batches beyond 8 cups cooked exceed the practical capacity.

350 W at 120 V operation

The unit draws 350 watts at 120 volts and 60 Hz during active cooking cycles. Automatic Keep Warm reduces power draw once the cooking cycle ends, maintaining temperature without full heating. The stainless steel inner pot distributes heat evenly across the cooking surface. No active cooling fan is present, so operation remains quiet in normal kitchen use.
