Compatible toner for Brother TN229BK

This new aftermarket cartridge replaces the Brother TN229BK black toner. It carries a fresh chip so the printer recognises it immediately. The unit fits the HL-L3220CDW, HL-L3280CDW, HL-L3295CDW, HL-L3300CDW, HL-L3320CDW, HL-L8245CDW, MFC-L3720CDW, MFC-L3765CDW, MFC-L3780CDW and MFC-L8395CDW models. Offices that use any of these machines can keep a single spare on hand.

Drop-in cartridge with new chip

The cartridge slides into the printer exactly like the original and requires no firmware workarounds. Its integrated chip reports toner levels to the control panel so you can plan replacements. Because it is a direct mechanical match, there is no need to adjust trays or levers during installation. Buyers who need colour cartridges or a high-yield black version will need separate items.
