Compatible toner for Dell 331-9806 printers

This cartridge replaces Dell 331-9806 and fits the B2360, B3460 and B3465 laser printers. It is an aftermarket unit supplied new and ready for office printing tasks. Buyers who need an original Dell-branded cartridge or a different page-yield specification should look elsewhere.

Installation and common issues

The cartridge slides into the printer's toner bay following the standard Dell B-series procedure. A frequent mistake is leaving the protective seal or pull-tab in place, which prevents toner flow and causes blank pages. Another issue occurs when the chip contacts are dirty or damaged, leading the printer to report an unrecognised cartridge.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the 331-9806 cartridge is recognised by my B2360 after installation?

The printer display should show the new cartridge as full and ready, and a test page will print cleanly without error messages.

What comes in the box and what must I supply separately for the B3460?

The box contains the compatible toner cartridge only; the printer drum unit and paper are not included and must be provided separately.
