  • Joey rolling caddy provides extra storage, workspace and drawer support

Sewing Cabinet with Hydraulic Lift

This cabinet is built for sewists who need a stable, integrated workstation that hides the machine when not in use. The three-position hydraulic lift moves between free-arm, flat-bed and storage modes without manual cranking. A wood panel covers the sewing well to reclaim the full tabletop for cutting or pressing tasks.

Sustained Work Surface and Machine Support

The rear quilt leaf swings out to support large quilts or garment panels so fabric weight does not pull stitches off the feed dogs. The lift mechanism is rated for machines up to 55lb, keeping heavy models steady during long piecing sessions. The large top drawer removes its cover to add temporary workspace right beside the needle.

Rolling Caddy and Casters for Daily Flexibility

Heavy-duty casters let the main cabinet glide across the room for cleaning or layout changes without lifting. The included Joey rolling caddy nests under the extended leaf to support the drawer front and adds mobile bins for thread, rulers and tools. Locking wheels keep both units stationary when you are stitching at speed.

Questions about this item

How much weight can the hydraulic lift support during all-day sewing?

The 3-position hydraulic lift accommodates most standard sewing machines up to 55 lb, so the cabinet remains stable during extended use.

What sewing-machine insert is required to make the work surface flush?

A custom acrylic sewing insert matched to your machine model is needed; the cabinet is designed to accept such inserts for a totally flush surface.

Will the rear quilt leaf and Joey caddy stay level when placed next to an older sewing table?

Heavy-duty casters on the cabinet and the Joey rolling caddy let both units roll and lock securely, keeping the expanded leaf and caddy aligned with existing furniture.
