Compact Label Printer for Mobile Workflows

The Arrvel A812B is a direct thermal label printer built for small businesses, e-commerce sellers and home offices that need to print 4 x 6 inch shipping labels without ink or toner. It connects via Bluetooth to iOS, Android, Windows 7 or later and macOS through the FlashLabel Pro app, and via USB-C to Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and Linux with an auto-installing driver. The unit weighs .56 kilograms and measures 2.4 in x 3.96 in x 1.3 in, so it fits on a crowded desk or a market stall.

203 DPI Thermal Output up to 180 mm/s

Direct thermal technology delivers crisp 203 DPI clarity at speeds up to 180 mm/s with a rated lifespan of 750000 labels. The adjustable paper guide accepts media widths from 1.5 to 4.2 inches, handling standard 4 x 6 inch shipping labels, smaller barcode stickers, inventory tags and DIY mailing labels in a single device. It cannot print labels wider than 4.2 inches or on media that requires ink, toner or ribbons.

Stand Included for Desk Stability

A supplied stand keeps the printer upright during continuous batch printing, while the compact footprint frees bench space for scales, packing tape or a laptop. Bluetooth operation requires the FlashLabel Pro app on all mobile and Mac devices; direct system Bluetooth pairing is not supported. ChromeOS users must install the FlashLabel extension from the Chrome Web Store. No Ethernet or Wi-Fi interface is provided, so network-shared printing is not possible.

Questions about this item

Will the 203 DPI thermal print head work with the 4 x 6 inch fan-fold labels I already own?

Yes, the adjustable guide accepts widths from 1.5 to 4.2 inches and prints 4 x 6 inch labels at 203 DPI using direct thermal technology without ink or toner.

How can I verify the 180 mm/s print speed is performing correctly after pairing via Bluetooth?

Print a test label from the FlashLabel Pro app; the output should advance smoothly at the rated 180 mm/s with crisp 203 DPI text and barcodes on 4 x 6 inch media.

Does the box include the USB-C adapter mentioned for macOS and a starter roll of 4 x 6 labels?

The printer ships with a USB-C cable, a power cord, a stand and the FlashLabel Pro app for design; label rolls such as the 500-sheet 4 x 6 pack are sold separately.
