System identity

The ArsenalPC AP202 is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 16-core processor running at 4.7GHz. It pairs that CPU with an AMD Radeon RX 9070 graphics card carrying 16GB of GDDR6 memory and 128GB of DDR5 system memory. A 2TB NVMe SSD provides primary storage, while an 850W supply and Windows 11 Home complete the package. Buyers who need a second graphics card or more than 2TB of fast storage should look elsewhere.

Cooling and power

A 360mm liquid cooler with an integrated LCD handles the 16-core processor, moving heat to a large radiator surface for lower fan speeds under load. The 850W power supply feeds both the CPU and the RX 9070 GPU with headroom for sustained gaming sessions. The closed-loop design arrives filled and tested, so the system runs quietly at idle and remains stable when both components push their limits.

Deciding specification

The 128GB DDR5 capacity across four populated slots fixes the memory ceiling at the factory configuration. No further modules can be added without removing existing sticks, so the choice hinges on whether that total meets current and near-future workloads. If the target applications demand more system memory, this build cannot accommodate it.

Questions about this item

How is the 360 mm liquid cooler installed and which step is often missed?

The all-in-one loop arrives pre-filled and mounted on the CPU; the step builders forget is connecting the pump header and the LCD USB cable to the motherboard so cooling and the display both work.

What maintenance or replacement will the 360 mm liquid cooler and 850 W power supply need later?

The sealed cooler only needs occasional radiator dusting; the 850 W unit may require fan replacement after several years of continuous high-load operation.

Which limit appears first during sustained gaming with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and Radeon RX 9070?

GPU power draw and thermals typically hit their ceiling before the 16-core processor, so frame rates plateau at the graphics card's sustained boost ceiling.
