Ready-to-play gaming desktop

The ArsenalPC ASUS ROG GR701 ships fully assembled with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF 20-core processor at 5.4GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 graphics with 12GB GDDR7, 64GB DDR5 memory, a 4TB NVMe SSD plus a 2TB SATA III HDD and Windows 11 Home pre-installed. A 360mm liquid cooler handles CPU thermals while an 850W power supply feeds the components. The system targets gamers and creators who want immediate performance without building from parts.

Motherboard socket and memory headroom

Verify that your existing LGA 1851 motherboard supports Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 2 processors before considering a CPU transplant, as the socket is specific to this generation. The desktop includes four DDR5 slots, all currently populated with the 64GB kit, so any future memory upgrade requires replacing modules rather than adding to empty slots. Ensure your chassis can accommodate a 360mm radiator and that the 850W unit matches your regional mains voltage.

Storage layout and cooling impact

The 4TB NVMe drive provides the primary boot and application volume, while the 2TB SATA III HDD adds bulk capacity for media or backups without consuming an additional NVMe slot. The factory-fitted 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 20-core CPU at sustainable temperatures during extended sessions, reducing thermal throttling risk compared with air-cooled alternatives. Component brands may vary from the images shown.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the case and what must I add myself?

The system ships with the ASUS ROG GR701 chassis, Intel Core Ultra 7 265KF processor, 360mm liquid cooler, 64GB DDR5 memory, 4TB NVMe SSD, 2TB SATA HDD, GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card with 12GB GDDR7, 850W power supply and Windows 11 Home pre-installed. Only a display, keyboard and mouse are required to start.

How do I decide between the storage options listed for this build?

The single configuration includes both a 4TB NVMe SSD for fast boot and game loads and a 2TB SATA III HDD for bulk storage. No alternative capacity or drive-type choices are offered for this model.

What does the 5.4GHz figure on the Core Ultra 7 265KF mean once the PC is running games?

That is the processor's base frequency across its 20 cores. In actual gameplay the CPU will sustain or exceed this speed depending on the 360mm liquid cooler's thermal headroom and the 850W supply's power delivery.
