Intel Core Ultra 9 285K Gaming Desktop

This new ArsenalPC system pairs a 24-core Core Ultra 9 285K processor running at 5.7GHz with an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card. It includes 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 4TB NVMe SSD inside a Gigabyte C301 GLASS case. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the build is liquid cooled with a 240mm radiator.

Upgrade from older CPU or GPU platforms

The jump is worth it when you need 24 cores for heavy multitasking and a modern Radeon GPU with 8GB GDDR6 for high-refresh 1440p gaming. The 4TB NVMe drive removes storage bottlenecks common on smaller SSDs. A 750W power supply supports the full load without requiring an immediate PSU swap.

Check case clearance and motherboard compatibility

Verify that your workspace fits the Gigabyte C301 GLASS dimensions before ordering. The Intel LGA 1851 socket means the motherboard is not compatible with older Intel coolers or processors. Ensure your monitor cables match the Radeon RX 9060 XT output ports. The 2.5G Ethernet port requires a compatible router or switch for full speed.

Questions about this item

What are the case dimensions and clearance limits for the Gigabyte C301 GLASS chassis?

The Gigabyte C301 GLASS case houses a 240 mm liquid cooler, an AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics card and a 750 W power supply in a standard ATX layout.

Which steps are required to seat the 16 GB DDR5 memory and the 4 TB NVMe drive during assembly?

Insert the 288-pin DDR5 module into the motherboard slot until the retention clips click, then secure the NVMe SSD with its mounting screw on the M.2 socket.

When should the 240 mm liquid cooler be inspected or replaced to maintain the Core Ultra 9 285K at 5.7 GHz?

Check the coolant tubes and pump for leaks or unusual noise during routine dust cleaning; plan a cooler swap if pump whine appears or CPU temperatures climb under sustained load.
