Ready-to-game desktop for high-refresh 1440p

This ArsenalPC system ships assembled, tested and ready to play. A 240 mm liquid cooler keeps the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D at 4.3 GHz base frequency while the GeForce RTX 5060 with 8 GB GDDR7 drives modern titles. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on the 2 TB NVMe SSD. The Gigabyte C301 GLASS chassis adds Wi-Fi and RGB lighting.

Liquid cooler and GPU define thermal and visual

The 240 mm liquid cooler replaces a stock air cooler, allowing the 16-core processor to sustain boost clocks longer during extended sessions. The RTX 5060 brings 8 GB GDDR7 memory on a PCI Express x16 link, enabling higher texture settings without swapping. Wi-Fi and RGB are integrated into the case, so no extra adapters or controllers are required.

16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D sets the performance ceiling

The AM5 processor delivers 16 cores at a 4.3 GHz base frequency, making it the single component that determines multi-thread throughput and gaming minimums. Builders who need more than 32 GB DDR5 or a second graphics card should look elsewhere, as the 750 W supply and board layout limit further expansion.

Questions about this item

How often will the 240 mm liquid cooler on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D need coolant replacement or pump service?

The 240 mm liquid cooler is a sealed, maintenance-free unit; no coolant changes or pump servicing are required during its normal lifespan.

Under sustained all-core load, which limit appears first — the 750 W power supply or the 240 mm cooler's thermal capacity?

The 240 mm liquid cooler reaches its thermal dissipation limit before the 750 W supply hits its rated output.

What are the typical noise and heat levels when the RTX 5060 and Ryzen 9 9950X3D run continuously all day?

The 240 mm liquid cooler keeps CPU temperatures low with quiet pump and fan operation, while the RTX 5060's own fans remain subdued under steady load.
