Ready-to-play gaming desktop

This ArsenalPC system ships fully assembled with Windows 11 Home installed, so it boots straight to the desktop without further setup. It targets gamers and creators who want a high-core-count AMD platform in a compact Gigabyte C301 Glass chassis. The 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D and Radeon RX 9060 XT combination handles modern titles and multitasking workloads from day one.

Standard ATX assembly with liquid cooling

Major components are pre-installed on a standard ATX motherboard using the AM5 socket, so future upgrades follow normal desktop procedures. The 240 mm liquid cooler arrives mounted and filled, removing the most error-prone step of a custom build. Builders should still verify that all power cables are firmly seated after transit, as loose connectors are the most common cause of a no-post condition.

Sustained load behaviour with 240 mm cooling

Under extended gaming or rendering sessions the 240 mm liquid loop keeps the 16-core CPU at stable clocks without the thermal throttling seen on smaller air coolers. The 750 W power supply delivers consistent voltage to both the 4.3 GHz processor and the 8 GB GDDR6 graphics card during prolonged draws. The Gigabyte C301 Glass case airflow supports this thermal balance, though the 16 GB DDR5 capacity may limit very large simultaneous workloads.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X3D is running at its 4.3 GHz base frequency after setup?

Open Task Manager in Windows 11, select the Performance tab and confirm the CPU shows 16 cores operating at or above 4.3 GHz under load.

What components are included in the Gigabyte C301 Glass build and what must I provide separately?

The box contains the pre-assembled desktop with 240 mm liquid cooler, 2 TB NVMe SSD, 16 GB DDR5, Radeon RX 9060 XT 8 GB GDDR6, 750 W power supply and Windows 11 Home; you only need a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Which configuration should I choose if I want the 9950X3D with 16 cores and the RX 9060 XT?

This single SKU already pairs the 16-core 9950X3D at 4.3 GHz with the Radeon RX 9060 XT 8 GB GDDR6, 16 GB DDR5 and 2 TB NVMe storage — no other version is offered.
