Dual GPU Workstation for AI Development

This ArsenalPC MES2X pairs a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 9950X at 4.3GHz with dual GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards. The 256GB DDR5 memory array and 4TB NVMe SSD support large-model training, rendering pipelines and heavy multitasking. It ships with Windows 11 pre-installed on a liquid-cooled chassis.

1600W Supply Powers CPU and Dual GPUs

A 1600W power supply feeds the 9950X processor and both RTX 5090 cards simultaneously. Four 64GB DDR5 modules populate the memory slots, leaving no room for further expansion. The 360mm liquid cooler handles CPU thermals while the dual GPUs occupy two full-length PCIe slots inside the case.

Sustained Loads Managed by Liquid Cooling

The 360mm liquid cooler keeps the 16-core CPU stable during extended compile or inference runs. Dual RTX 5090 GDDR7 GPUs maintain compute throughput without thermal throttling across long batches. Component brands may vary but the 1600W supply is rated for continuous delivery to all major parts.

Questions about this item

Does the 1600W power supply leave headroom for both RTX 5090 GPUs and the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950X at full load?

The 1600W unit powers the dual RTX 5090 cards and the 4.3GHz 16-core CPU together; sustained full-load draw will approach the supply's rated limit.

How loud and hot does the 360mm liquid cooler keep the Ryzen 9 9950X during all-day AI workloads?

The 360mm liquid loop is sized for the 16-core 4.3GHz processor, so thermals stay controlled and pump or fan noise remains moderate under continuous compute tasks.

What display connectors must my monitors already have to use both GeForce RTX 5090 cards?

Each RTX 5090 provides modern display outputs; you need monitors with matching inputs such as DisplayPort or HDMI to drive both GPUs simultaneously.
